The Sydney Swans are a professional AFL team based in Sydney (obviously). However it is started as the South Melbourne Football Club but relocated to Sydney in 1982. Since then they have had two premierships and the Swans home ground is the SCG (Sydney Cricket Ground). OK Swan's supporters have fun making some memes about your club.
